Kabuki's Marinated Beef Salad

Ingredients:
24 ounces beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 teaspoons capers
2 teaspoons parsley, chopped

1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano, ground
1 teaspoon mustard, prepared
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Brown tenderloin. Arrange on platter. Cover with sliced onions, capers and parsley. In small bowl, mix oil, oregano, mustard and salt. Pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Serve over Romaine lettuce, or alone
